Atlas Stone Coffee Table – New Works

Named after the mythical Titan condemned to hold up the heavens on his shoulders, the Atlas table is defined by its strong, solid legs and generous oak tabletop.

Designed by John Astbury, Atlas draws inspiration from architectural history, with references to porticoes, colonnades and the archetypal post-and-lintel construction. The contrast between the substantial legs and broad tabletop gives the table its distinctive presence and subtle brutalist character.

Crafted in oak, the simple geometry of circles and squares is softened by the warmth and natural grain of the timber, creating a sculptural table that feels both architectural and inviting. Also available in natural stone.
