Braid Bloom is a round rug with a two-tone colour block in a balanced ratio of 55% to 45%, inspired by the proportions of flora in bloom

The rug is handcrafted from two types of braided ropes, one thick and one thin, both made from high-quality recycled polyester yarns. Each thick rope is braided from 32 yarns in four colours, while the thinner ropes use eight yarns creating a soft contrast and a subtle movement within each rug.

Braid Bloom is stitched with the thin rope applied in a slightly curved line over the thick ropes, creating a beautifully textured effect. The ropes are spirally arranged during stitching and bordered with a fine rope and a 10cm wrapping detail.

This stitching technique results in a minimal production waste. Using the colour palette of Braid 2, three colour block designs are offered – kaolin and sand, sand and fluorite, and basalt and musk. Custom colour options are available upon request.

Braid Bloom suits heavy residential and commercial use and can be customised with cut-outs for floor tanks. Braid Bloom is a flexible and robust choice for diverse interior spaces.
