Material Table Lamp – New Works

Designed by Falke Svatun for New Works, the Kantarell Floor Lamp reworks a familiar lighting archetype through a broad, contoured reflector and an almost hidden central light source. The inverted funnel form spreads light outward in a soft, even wash.

A seamlessly integrated touch control allows the light level to be adjusted directly on the lamp, while the slender stem and concealed driver maintain its precise, minimal profile.

Designed by Nørgaard & Kechayas for New Works, the Material Floor Lamp combines a slender black frame with a compact shade in a choice of expressive materials. Marble, oak, opal glass and stainless steel each give the same simple form a distinctly different character.

The pivoting head provides adjustable direct light, making Material a considered reading lamp beside a lounge chair or sofa while retaining a light architectural presence.
